Wow, time flies indeed. Just realized its been 3 months since i last wrote anything in our blog. We've been really busy the last few months with a lot of different things. From having family over to trying to finish up all preperations before our new baby arrives. We are finally in the last phase of finalizing everything. Let me try to summarize everything since April :)
April: Tulip Festival - Was great, we had a wonderful time and Jacob enjoyed the tulips soo much. We got beautiful pictures there.
May: Leavenworth Trip- we had a lot of fun. We spent the night at an lovely pension. Lovely scenery and a lot to see there. There were other activities that we weren't able to do (because of my pregnancy) , but will definitely go back and do them, such as Rafting.
June: My cousin Sandy visited us from Detroit and my cousin Suhair with her family also visited from California. We had a great time with both of them. We toured Seattle and checked out a lot of places. It was a lot of fun. I love having family over. June was also full of other small activities, like having BBQ's with our friends and we put out a couple of swimming pools for Jacob to swim. Weather helped big time with that. We've been lucky this summer with lovely weather.
July: So far we've had family visit us from Texas, which was great. We took Jacob to a Thomas the Train ride. He enjoyed it a lot. He loved seeing the train and being in it. He also got to ride on a school bus (to take us to the train area) which was his first bus ride ever :)
We also found some time to go to the "Bite of Seattle" .. it was soo crowded and full of people. I've never seen that much people ever there. But it was fun. Food was great. We tried different things and they were all delicious.
