Jacob Update

New things Jacob can say:
Up in the sky
Where’s the cat? Here’s the cat
Where’s the boy? Here’s the boy
Where’s the butterfly? Here’s the butterfly
Jacob is a big boy
Zade is a baby boy
Daddy is a boy
Mommy is a boy (Yes, everybody is a boy according to Jacob!)
When you ask Jacob, where is Teta Lilian (Grandma Lilian)? He answers: Up in the sky – Meaning she is on a plane, up in the sky.

Jacob’s favorite things:
Still in love with trains and cars
Still loves to read books
Loves to play ispy
Still loves eating spaghetti & rice
He loves to pick his own socks and shoes (Could care less about the clothes) J

Shows he loves to watch on T.V:
Super Why & Wonder Pets (because they’re all about letters and words, and that’s his favorite thing)

Jacob is good at:
English Alphabets & numbers (to 20)
Arabic Alphabets & numbers (to 10)
Colors and Shapes
Helping with the laundry!
Helps with the vacuuming
Eating play dough
Helping with Zade (getting me diapers, blankets and toys)
Singing to Zade (twinkle twinkle little star & baa baa black sheep)

Funny Things Jacob Says:
- He pronounces his name “Jacom” .. I once told him , say Jacob , B (meaning with a B at the end) . He said: Jacom B ~ the M just has to be there!
- He says “kanneh” every time he can’t say/pronounce a word. So, “kanneh” can mean anything!

Other things:
-Jacob still likes to drink his milk in a bottle. He will drink his milk out of a cup, but before he goes to bed he’ll ask for a bottle of milk. We’re trying to change that.
-Potty training: It’s something I’ll have to work on pretty soon. I can’t wait till he’s out of diapers! J
